Author of the "Body Manual" approach

I don't work with the symptom — the illness. I remove the cause that created it.

Recovery from chronic illness and rejuvenation without injections — by working with the root cause.

I'm a biophysicist, psychosomatic therapist, neurocoach, energy therapist, quantum psychologist, yoga therapist and more. My clients' health results go "beyond what seems possible." My approach: we find the cause, re-experience it, change the inner state and release the inner spasm — and the body begins to recover. Through physics, the body and consciousness — no mysticism.

My story

According to doctors, I should have been "living in hospitals" by now, but…

By the age of 40, I was expected to develop asthma and a disability. That's what doctors said because of my extremely severe allergy.

But that was far from the only prognosis I heard in my life.

I was 6 years old when I had myocarditis — an inflammation of the heart muscle. After that, doctors advised me against physical activity for many years.

The same face. A different state.

Six years between these photos. And no injections, fillers or surgery.

The photo on the left is from Diia, Ukraine's official ID app, taken 6 years ago.

My inner state changed — and with it my hormonal balance, recovery speed and tissue quality, and then my appearance. What affects your face most is not a procedure, but the level of tension you live in every day.

"One day I simply released a muscle spasm."

My philosophy

The body is neither an enemy nor a machine. It honestly shows how you live.

Illnesses and crises are not punishments. They are signals from a system that wants you to live in greater wholeness with yourself.
Knowledge alone doesn't heal. Only a change of state changes things — and action taken from that new state.
Choosing yourself doesn't mean you stop giving to others. It means you stop giving yourself away.

Who I work with

If you recognize yourself — we're on the same path

You've barely opened your eyes and already feel tired
You've fought illnesses for years and accepted that they're chronic
Doctors told you you'll have to live with it for the rest of your life
Your vision or other conditions keep getting worse

Why work with me

Personal experience

I walked this path myself — from a disability prognosis to a handstand at 48.

Scientific foundation

A degree in biophysics, postgraduate studies and training with leading specialists — Joe Dispenza and others. I explain what happens in the body from the point of view of physics, rather than promise miracles.

Real cases

Hundreds of participants and their practical results — in the reviews below.

How I work

My method in brief

You can know a great deal about health — and still remain in the same physical state. I don't work with a single technique, but with a system that changes the body.

My own "Body Manual" method lets you not just understand, but actually set change in motion:

01

We restore your resources

First we bring back strength, energy and a sense of inner support. So you have something to lean on when painful topics come up — and you don't shut down in them again.

02

Body language and bodywork

You learn to see what the body is "saying": where there's a block, tension or an unfinished reaction — and to release it directly through the body.

03

Psychosomatics

We revisit situations that left a mark on the body and re-experience them so the reaction completes. The body lets go.

04

Intention and will

The inner force that sets the direction for processes in the body. Clear intention + attention + state = change. You don't wait for results — you create them.

05

Energy — for recovery

Warmth, waves and movement become a tool. Energy stops going into sustaining blocks and spasms — and is directed toward recovery.

06

A new state — a new version of yourself

We enter states in which the body already works differently — like a healthier version of yourself. And we learn to stay there.

Only when all of this comes together does real change begin.

The "Body Manual" School of Psychosomatics

Learn to read your body's signals — and change what lies behind them.

The school is one of the main directions of my work. Here I pass on what I've tested for years on myself and with participants: how lived experience, inner state and the body's reactions are connected — and what to do about it in practice. No complicated theory: clear explanations, practice and tools you can use right away.

Life Without Glasses

This course grew out of my own story.

I was diagnosed with "age-related vision loss that cannot be reversed": I had 40% of my vision left in one eye and 60% in the other. Doctors recommended glasses or contact lenses.

I chose neither — and started working with the cause instead. Within just a few evenings, my vision began to come back. Now I guide others along this path.

Yoga therapy

Yoga is body physics plus consciousness

It's not about splits, the lotus pose or competing over who can bend deeper. Almost every asana has dozens of variations — and the "right" one differs for a healthy person, someone in pain or someone with posture problems.

FAQ

What is psychosomatics and how can it help?

Psychosomatics is the link between what a person has been through and is going through, and what happens to their body. Long-term stress, resentment, fears and living by "I have to" settle in the body over the years — as tension, spasms and disruptions in how organs work. Psychosomatics helps find what exactly lies behind an illness and remove the cause, rather than just suppressing symptoms. When the cause is gone, the consequences go away on their own.

What illnesses have you seen results with?

"Body Manual" participants have seen improved vision, as well as results with thyroid problems, hormonal imbalances and women's health conditions (including uterine fibroids and fibromas), swelling, varicose veins, high blood pressure, eczema, allergies, chronic pain, sleep problems and chronic fatigue — as well as anxiety, panic states, fears, constant inner tension and emotional exhaustion. And this is far from a complete list.

I already know a lot about health, but nothing changes for me. Why?

Because knowledge alone doesn't heal. Only a change of state changes things — and action taken from that new state. Walking this path alone is very hard; only a few can do it. I didn't walk it alone either. On the course you don't read about change — you go through it with guidance.

Is the course recorded or live?

Live sessions on Zoom, not recordings. Every session includes clear theory, live group interaction and a powerful energy practice.

I've had my illness for many years. Is it too late?

Even if your body has been "screaming" with symptoms for a long time, in most cases it's not too late. What matters is finding the cause that keeps the problem going — that's where recovery begins.

How you lost touch with your body

Much earlier than when you stopped taking care of yourself — back in childhood.

When you were first made to doubt your own feelings. You wanted to cry — and were told you were exaggerating. You were scared — but "there's nothing to be afraid of." You were tired — but "others manage." You didn't want something — but you were taught that you "have to"…

And so, little by little, you began to live not by "I want" but by "I have to." I have to endure. I have to be good. I have to cope. I have to carry it all. I have to go to this job. I have to live this life.

And the problem is that the body can't live for years in a state of inner violence without consequences.

When you constantly live by "I have to," the body begins to tighten. Muscles tense up. Spasms appear. Circulation worsens. Lymph stops flowing properly. Certain parts of the body or organs literally stop receiving proper nourishment. And that is very often where illness gradually begins to form. Not in a day — over years.

Because the body is not a machine. It can't be forced to live against itself forever. That's why it's so important to restore contact with yourself in time. To hear where you're living a life that isn't yours. Where you're enduring what has long been destroying you. Where you've grown so used to tension that you no longer even notice it.

And yes, of course, it's much easier to hear yourself before the body starts screaming with symptoms.

But even if that moment passed long ago — in most cases it's not too late.

Programs · Olena Nastasyuk

Why changing one program can change your whole life

We're used to thinking that inner programs are just beliefs, habits or personality traits. In reality, they are much more.

Every program influences hundreds of our decisions every day. What to say and what to keep quiet about. What to agree to and what to refuse. What to consider normal. Where to stop, where to give up. Whom to trust, whom to let into your life. What not to even notice.

We didn't create most of these programs consciously. They were recorded over years: in childhood, during severe stress, in painful relationships, in moments when we drew conclusions about ourselves, other people and the world. Often they were recorded by people who themselves lived by their own programs: parents, teachers, loved ones.

Interestingly, a program almost never affects just one area of life. For example, the program "I'm not valuable enough" can show up at once in relationships, money, health, appearance, work — and even in how much joy a person allows themselves to feel.

That's why, when one truly deep program changes, dozens of daily decisions begin to change. A person barely notices it. But it's these decisions, day after day, that shape a new life script.

Now imagine that not one, but several key programs change.

In a couple of years, that can mean different health, a different body, different relationships, a different income, a different circle of people. And as a result — a completely different life.

That's why I never work with the symptom. I look for the program that created it. Because by changing the cause, we stop endlessly fighting the consequences.

Choosing yourself isn't selfish

I always teach people to choose themselves. And no — this isn't about selfishness.

Choosing yourself means you stop being the last person in your own life. It has nothing to do with "I only do what I want and I don't care about anything else."

Because very often the pattern looks like this: first the kids, the husband, work, housework, "I must," "I should." And for yourself — whatever is left.

And the body gets resources by the same principle: for recovery — whatever is left. For healing — whatever is left. For rejuvenation — whatever is left. And often nothing is left at all.

You wake up without enough sleep, maybe after anxiety — and you've already started giving. Doing something for someone, answering, solving, helping. You haven't had time to fill yourself up, yet you've already started giving yourself away.

I know more than one family with three small children where both the husband and the wife have time for themselves every day. Some in the morning, some in the evening. Yes, their household is organized differently. But the principle is the same: fill up first — then give. And I know women who live alone, have grown children and minimal obligations — and still manage to give everyone their time, attention and energy, leaving themselves for last.

So it's not about the kids, the husband or work. And not even about how much free time you have. It's about the place you hold in your own life.

When you're full, you can give a lot to others without losing yourself. When you're empty, every act of giving takes away part of the resources your body could have used on you: on your health, your recovery, your youth.

Choosing yourself doesn't mean you stop giving to others. Choosing yourself means you stop giving yourself away.

And now give yourself an honest answer: who comes first in your life today?
